Crossfit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. The workouts are different each day which helps you find constant results. We combine movements such as running, rowing, jumping rope, weightlifting, along with equipment including barbells, kettlebells, rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form the prescribed "Workout of the Day" or "WOD". These classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill or strength development session, and the WOD.
We offer our traditional Crossfit classes on weekdays, as well as a Partner WOD on Saturday and "Open Gym" on Sunday. A coach will always be available to assist you. We also offer Crossfit Burn, which is cardio-intensive, to help you achieve any other goals.
Our Crossfit Burn class offers a different spin on Crossfit with our cardio style workout with lighter weights, added running and rowing, without the effects of barbell training.
At Crossfit 413, we believe and focus on all facets of fitness. This workout program offers a spin on our traditional Crossfit classes- which includes a "boot camp" style with lighter weights and longer cardio sessions. This class is to increase a person's endurance by building a foundation of proper cardio techniques and light weights at high intensity. Crossfit Burn allows people to increase stamina and endurance.
